Do you offer in-person and telehealth visits?

At Revive & Thrive, your first appointment will be in-person and all follow-ups will be via telehealth on Zoom.

I prefer to see a specialist in person. Do you currently have office hours?

We understand that for many patients, therapy requires both an emotional and physical component far beyond what an online appointment can provide. We do have in-person office visits with COVID safety precautions in place. Call to schedule an appointment.

Can your practitioners prescribe medications?

Yes. If medication is recommended as part of your holistic treatment plan, our practitioners can prescribe it and monitor you closely throughout your treatment.

What insurances do you accept?

We currently accept Medicare, Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna, and others as well as self-pay patients. Call us to see if we take your insurance.

Does Revive & Thrive Provide Therapy?

Your nurse practitioner is trained in therapeutic techniques and will help provide support as part of a holistic plan, but the focus of your practitioner’s plan will be the diagnosis and treatment of your condition.
