Physician

Dr. Mary Jo Cannon

MD  ·  Cumberland Office

Dr. Cannon has dedicated her practice to addiction medicine and behavioral health since 2012, caring for patients experiencing substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. She has also studied the medicinal uses of cannabis and is a cannabis-certified clinician.

Dr. Cannon is committed to reducing the stigma surrounding addiction and mental health conditions through compassionate care, education, prevention, and treatment. She recognizes that addiction affects both individuals and their families and strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel respected, understood, and empowered in their recovery.

Cumberland Office

At Revive and Thrive Treatment Center, I am passionate about helping patients feel welcomed, respected, and supported throughout their healthcare and recovery journey. As a Medical Assistant working in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), I believe every person deserves compassionate care, understanding, and the opportunity to move forward without judgment.

I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel heard, valued, and encouraged every step of the way. I understand that asking for help and beginning a recovery journey can be challenging, and I believe that a little kindness, patience, and compassion can make a meaningful difference.

My goal is to help every patient feel that they are not alone and that their health, well-being, and success matter. I am proud to be part of the Revive and Thrive team and to support our patients as they work toward healthier, brighter futures.
