About Angela
Angela D. Greenwood, MS, LMSW, is a behavioral health professional and clinical therapist with experience in mental health treatment, trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, family systems, adolescent development, and community-based behavioral health services.
Her work is grounded in compassion, empowerment, and resilience, and in the belief that every person deserves access to quality mental health care and the chance to make meaningful, lasting change.
Angela believes meaningful change begins with trust, genuine connection, and a space where people feel heard, respected, and understood. Her approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative, because healing is never one-size-fits-all.
She focuses on building resilience, practical coping strategies, healthier relationships, and emotional wellness, so clients can reclaim control of their lives. Mental health challenges do not define a person’s identity, potential, or future.
Angela graduated with a 4.0 GPA in all three programs.
“I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My role as a therapist is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their challenges, discover their strengths, and develop the tools necessary to create healthier, more fulfilling lives. Healing is a journey, and no one should have to navigate that journey alone.”
