Addiction Medicine Referrals for Practitioners

If you’re caring for a patient who is struggling with opioid use or another substance use concern, we’re here to help. Our Cumberland team offers medication-assisted treatment, including Suboxone when clinically appropriate, and in-person, virtual, and group therapy for recovery.

To refer a patient, contact our Cumberland office or fax the referral to our team. We’ll reach out to your patient to schedule their first visit and keep you informed as appropriate.
